Legal Terms That Cover Your Account

Your account on auiator runs on one set of terms, and they sit here in plain English: how you open it, how your wallet moves, and what we do when something goes wrong.

DATA AND SECURITY

Your Data, Cookies and Account Access

The terms only work if the data behind them is handled properly. We keep the record of your account — registration details, wallet history through bKash, Nagad and Rocket, and the device that last signed in — so we can answer a dispute or verify a withdrawal. Cookies do the smaller job: keeping you signed in on your phone and remembering your language choice. Clear them in your browser and you simply log in again.

What we store

Registration details, mobile number, wallet history and login records. We keep them so a disputed transfer can be traced back to a reference number rather than a memory.

Cookies on your phone

Session cookies keep you signed in between taps; a preference cookie remembers your language. Clearing browser data signs you out on that device only, not everywhere.

Login and OTP

Every sign-in from a new device needs the one-time code sent to your registered number. If that code arrives when you did not ask for it, change your password before anything else.

Retention and changes

Account records stay while the account is open and for the period we must keep them after closure. Ask support to correct a detail and we action it against your verified number.

GETTING IN TOUCH

Where to Take a Legal Question

A question about the terms does not need a long explanation. Open your account, tap the help icon in the app menu, and send the exact wording you want clarified — the clause number helps us answer faster. We reply in the same thread, so your history stays together and you can forward it if you ever need a record. Anything touching wallet balances or a closed account gets escalated to the team that handles account records, not the general queue.

Team online

In-app help desk

Send your question from the help icon inside your logged-in account. Attach the clause you mean and the device you use, and the reply lands in the same thread.

Account email

Write to the address listed on your account page with your registered mobile number in the subject line. We answer from that address only, so a reply from anywhere else is not us.

Wallet disputes

If a bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfer does not show in your wallet, send the transaction ID and the amount. Our payments team matches it against the reference before anything is adjusted.

Legal Questions We Get Most Often

These are the four or five things people actually write in about, answered without the contract language. If your situation is not covered here, the help desk reads every message and can point you to the exact clause.

It depends on your local law and eligible regions, not on whether the app installs. Check your own rules first. If you register from a place where the service is not permitted, the account may be closed.

The balance you see in your account wallet is covered by the payment clauses on this page, and a bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfer is matched against the transaction ID you send us.

Yes. Ask support in the app to close the account, and any balance that is not tied to an open dispute goes back through the same wallet rail you used to deposit.

When a change touches your wallet or how you withdraw, we flag it on your account before it takes effect. Wording-only edits are published here with a new date at the head of the page.

Activity on your login counts as yours until you tell us. A one-time code sent to your registered number is the check that blocks most of this — report a stray code straight away.

They do. Roulette Velocity, Teen Patti Superwin and Slot LightningBolt all sit under one account agreement, so a dispute about a round follows the same support path as a wallet question.
